We’re not accountants. We will answer labor questions to the best of our knowledge. We inform all our clients of significant LAW changes that pertain to all businesses. If you have specific labor questions or need assistance in-laws that are solely for your business, we can refer you to an outside HR Service Company. As long as you process payroll regularly, we assume all responsibility for filling four quarters for the calendar year and processing, and pay all your payroll taxes on your behalf. If, for any reason, you stop using our services we will assume you’ve made other arrangements, Payroll Plus, will not be responsible for penalties for not filing quarterly reports promptly with the IRS/EDD.
